The first bauma SAUDI ARABIA will take place in April 2027 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center (RFECC) — Saudi Arabia’s largest and most advanced venue, offering 70,000 sqm of indoor and 50,000 sqm of outdoor exhibition space. The event will run for three days, with applications opening in early 2026.
The new show marks an important milestone for the global bauma network, extending its reach into one of the world’s fastest-growing construction and mining markets. Strategically located near King Khalid International Airport, the RFECC provides excellent accessibility for both local and international visitors.
From 2027 onwards, bauma SAUDI ARABIA will become the region’s leading platform for construction machinery, building material machines, mining machines, construction vehicles, and construction equipment. The event will integrate the existing Heavy Saudi Arabia segment, currently part of BIG 5 Construct Saudi, which will return for its final edition in 2026. After that, BIG 5 Construct Saudi will focus exclusively on building materials, architectural design, and interior finishing, while bauma SAUDI ARABIA will take the lead on heavy machinery and equipment.
The decision to bring bauma to Saudi Arabia responds to strong demand from stakeholders across the bauma NETWORK for a dedicated event serving the Middle East. The Kingdom’s Vision 2030 strategy continues to drive major investment in infrastructure and diversification, positioning Saudi Arabia as a global hub for business and innovation.
With billions of dollars already committed to large-scale construction and mining projects, bauma SAUDI ARABIA will provide a world-class platform for international and regional exhibitors to connect, collaborate, and capitalise on the country’s ambitious growth plans.
