Finning (UK) Ltd. today announced the acquisition of John F Hunt Power Group Ltd., bringing together two highly complementary businesses with a shared commitment to customer service, rental solutions, engineering excellence and operational reliability.
The acquisition supports Finning's strategy to both enhance its customer experience and broaden the range of products and services it offers.
Approximately 145 John F Hunt Power Group Ltd. employees will join the wider Finning organisation, creating a combined workforce of approximately 1,900 colleagues across the UK and Ireland.
John F Hunt Power Group Ltd. will continue to operate under the trading name: John F Hunt Power Group Ltd., A Finning Company.
The acquisition combines complementary strengths in power solutions, rental, engineering expertise, customer support and operational capability, creating new opportunities to deliver greater value to customers while maintaining continuity and service excellence.
Customers can expect business continuity, with existing contracts, account managers, pricing arrangements and customer contacts remaining unchanged following completion of the transaction.
