PlantWorx 2027 will take place at the NEC Birmingham from 22–24 June 2027, with organisers confirming that live machinery demonstrations, digging activity and dedicated outdoor demonstration plots will remain central to the event.
The move to the NEC will combine indoor exhibition halls with outdoor working areas, giving exhibitors the opportunity to showcase machinery and equipment in real working conditions while benefiting from the venue’s transport links and facilities.
Early exhibitor interest is reported to be ahead of expectations, with Wacker Neuson, Manitou, Magni Telescopic Handlers, Hydrema, Auger Torque and Rototilt among the companies already announced. A number of demonstration plots have also been secured.
Viki Bell, Chief Executive of the CEA (Construction Equipment Association), said:
“PlantWorx has always been about seeing construction equipment at work, and it is good to see that live demonstrations and digging activity will remain at the heart of the event as it moves to the NEC.
“The early commitment from well-known manufacturers is encouraging, and the combination of indoor exhibition space with outdoor demonstration areas should give exhibitors and visitors a practical and accessible event. The continued CEA member exhibitor discount is also a valuable benefit for member companies considering taking part.”
Free parking will be available for PlantWorx visitors at the NEC Birmingham.
The CEA member exhibitor discount remains available for eligible companies booking space at PlantWorx 2027. Members interested in exhibiting, including securing demonstration space, should contact the PlantWorx sales team directly.
