Shellplant has been named Dealer of the Year by Kubota’s Construction Division. The announcement was made at the 2026 Kubota Dealer Conference, held in Manchester on 25 February 2026.
Established in 1972, Shellplant of Earls Barton, Northamptonshire and Wymondham, Norfolk has grown in strength over many years of trading, recently celebrating its 53-year anniversary in the industry.
The dealer of new and used leading-brand construction equipment continues to grow, both in territory and facilities. Shellplant is currently building a new facility in Earls Barton, which will include enlarged offices, a new workshop, a new showroom, and increased storage areas. One feature of the new workshop will be a higher roof to accommodate the new Kubota model U145 14.5 Tonne tracked excavator, which will be available from this month, March 2026.
Kubota’s Construction Division recently expanded Shellplant’s territory to cover Norfolk and Suffolk. To service this new territory for Kubota, Shellplant has set up a new depot in Wymondham in Norfolk, and appointed a new Area Sales Manager, Jolly Bullen.
