Tefra and Titan ranges to showcase on Hill Engineering’s stand at Hillhead 2022.
Global plant attachment specialists Hill Engineering will debut a pioneering new product for the demolition, quarrying and recycling sectors at this year’s Hillhead, the UK’s largest quarrying, construction and recycling exhibition.
This new product is a radical addition to the award-winning Tefra coupler range and will appeal to specialist users across a wide range of market segments.
Hill (stand W24) will be one of an expected record-breaking 600+ exhibitors at this year’s 40th-anniversary show, and the first since the Covid outbreak, in Hillhead Quarry near Buxton from June 21st to 23rd.
The Northern Ireland-based specialist’s Tefra and Titan ranges will be showcased on their stand, including the fully automatic Tefra Tilt hitch which combines the award-winning and super-quick Tefra coupler and the HKS extra-tilt power actuator to offer tilt options up to 180° on all models. It is available to fit excavator sizes from 3 tonne up to 20 tonnes.
The heavy-duty Titan products are the HD digging bucket, which features wear bars as standard and fabricated high strength box beams, as well as drop-forged wear plates, and the HD Thumb which allows for up to 160° rotation compared to the market average of 120°. It is manufactured using Hardox 400 steel which is four times stronger than mild steel, which not only makes it lighter but also offers the operator more lifting capacity when in use.
