Peninsula Press and the Middle East Association are pleased to invite you to the first Kuwait Investment Outreach, where the public and private sector will explain the country’s new directions to global business leaders. We hope to introduce the foundations that are being laid to enable a more pro-business environment in Kuwait that is compliant with international regulations. The event will take place at Grosvenor House in London on November 3, 2015.
The Kuwait Development Plan (KDP) is seeking to diversify the country’s economy away from oil and gas, creating jobs and wealth in other sectors and competing with its neighbours as a hub for international high-value added services. Kuwait must also differentiate itself as not just another Gulf region hub, but one with a specific Kuwaiti identity and attraction.
The purpose of this initiative is to showcase the visionaries from the public and private sector to demonstrate the country’s new direction to global investors. We hope to introduce the foundations that are being laid to enable a pro-business environment that is compliant with international regulations. Kuwait Investment Outreach will profile the key players in the country striving to develop the economy and to establish trust and confidence for international bodies and investors.
