OCP Group, a global leader in the phosphate and phosphate derivatives industry, is seeking potential UK- based suppliers.
Since its founding in 1920, OCP has been integrated across the entire phosphate value chain, extracting, marketing and selling phosphate and its derivatives, phosphoric acid and fertilisers. The Group is the world’s largest exporter of phosphate rock and phosphoric acid, as well as a key fertiliser producer.
OCP Group has four mining sites and two industrial complexes in Morocco. In 2013, its turnover amounted to more than GBP 5 billion. More than GBP 9 billion has been allocated (2011-2020 period) to strengthen the Group’s presence in key markets especially the African market. OCP Group, through an ambitious investment program, aims at strengthening its production capabilities across the value chain while optimising production expenses. The Group is now looking for new reliable partners to support the company’s ambitious expansion program.
The objective of the webinar is to present the business opportunities currently available as well as to provide a detailed overview of the procurement procedure. The webinar is organised in partnership with OCP Group, Department of International Trade and the British Chamber of Commerce for Morocco.
