CanTrack awarded ISO:9001:2015 certificate


CanTrack’s management team and staff assembled in the company’s Central Milton Keynes offices for an awards ceremony on May 25th. Parliamentary Candidate for Milton Keynes South, Iain Stewart, presented CanTrack’s MD Peter Thompson with the company’s ISO:9001:2015 certificate, which was awarded by NQA, the leading global certification body.

 Iain commented, “I’m proud to have represented Milton Keynes South in Parliament and I hope to do so again shortly! MK is a vibrant business centre that can count world beaters like the Red Bull F1 team amongst a long list of responsible employers in the Borough. CanTrack is an excellent example of what we need more of in the British Economy, entrepreneurship, teamwork and innovation. CanTrack’s products help other businesses’ increase safety, security and efficiency all essential in this day and age.”

 Iain has a keen interest in transport policy and before the General Election he served as the Parliamentary Private Secretary (PPS) to the Secretary of State for Transport, Patrick McLoughlin. After the 2015 election he was appointed Parliamentary Private Secretary to Rt. Hon. Dr Liam Fox MP, Secretary of State for International Trade and President of the Board of Trade.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). Using the ISO 9000 process will enable the CanTrack team to deliver consistently excellent customer service, develop new innovative products and improve their already highly regarded user interface. Cantrack Asset has a 97% customer retention rate, attributable to great customer care and an exceptionally effective product which has a stolen equipment recovery rate of over 90%, 10 times that of all stolen equipment. CanTrack is expanding rapidly and has created 13 new jobs in the past year.
