Imports of a large number of Russian products will now face an additional tariff increase of 35 percentage points, over and above any existing tariff rate. These include:
- Iron, steel
- Copper, aluminium, silver, lead, iron ore
- Machinery
Also note the UK has also stopped all government-backed export finance to Russia and Belarus
