National Manufacturing Day is an opportunity for manufacturers to showcase the range of highly skilled and well-paid jobs they have on offer by throwing open their doors in a UK wide Open House on Thursday 28th September 2023. The CEA would like as many members as possible to ‘Get Involved’.
Local communities will have the chance to see the potential careers and jobs on offer within our wonderfully diverse manufacturing sector – there are career opportunities for school leavers, graduates and people looking to reskill at all levels.
Make UK is working with Government and details of the companies taking part in National Manufacturing Day will be circulated to every jobcentre across the UK and into all of our schools.
Stephen Phipson, CEO of Make UK, the manufacturers organisation said:
