The CEA would like to welcome new member company DEUTZ – the company is one of the largest independent manufacturers of diesel engines and was the very first engine manufacturer in the world!  It has been producing engines for over 150-years and the reliability of the product have gained DEUTZ a legendary global reputation.  “DEUTZ vision is too offer the most successful engine systems in the world,” said Alan Beech, DEUTZ AG – UK, director of operations, UK & Ireland.  “We also want to be first in the future too.”

Alan added, “We provide New Engines, Replacement Exchange Engines, Parts and a factory trained team of field service engineers directly and through a network of dealers to support UK & Irish OEM’s and other importers of DEUTZ powered equipment.”

This year DEUTZ were first to announce that its 2.9 to 7.8 litre cubic capacity range, met with the forthcoming Stage V mobile machinery emissions standard.  This latest legislation for engine manufacturers is expected to apply to Europe from January 2019. With DEUTZ ahead of the game – their customers benefit from long-term planning certainty.

So why has the company joined the CEA?  “The construction market is a key sector for DEUTZ globally and in the UK & Ireland, therefore in joining the CEA we are able to keep abreast of market expectations both current and future.”
