CEA partners with Robinson Grace HR to support members

The CEA (Construction Equipment Association) has entered into a new partnership with Robinson Grace HR Consultancy to provide practical HR and employment support to CEA members.

The partnership follows feedback from members during the CEA Strategy Day last summer, where a number of SME businesses highlighted the need for additional support with HR, employment matters and day-to-day business administration.

Robinson Grace already works with the CEA, supporting the team on contracts and internal HR matters. Their approach is straightforward, commercially focused and designed to give employers clear, usable advice without unnecessary complexity.

Established in 2011, Robinson Grace provides outsourced HR and health and safety support to small and growing UK businesses across sectors including construction and manufacturing. Their services cover employment contracts, HR policies, compliance, employee relations, performance management and health and safety, as well as more complex matters such as TUPE, restructuring and redundancy.

The focus is on practical support that helps businesses stay compliant, deal with issues early and avoid unnecessary risk. Whether members need one-off advice or ongoing support, Robinson Grace offers flexible options, including pay-as-you-go services or retained packages, so businesses only pay for what they need.

For members, this provides access to experienced HR support without long-term commitments, helping resolve issues quickly and allowing businesses to focus on running their operations.

Under the partnership, CEA members will receive a 5% discount on Robinson Grace services when referred through the Association.

The process is simple. The CEA introduces members who may benefit from support, Robinson Grace provides the service, and members receive a discounted rate.

Viki Bell, CEO of the CEA, said:
“We had clear feedback from members, particularly SMEs, that they would value more support around HR and employment matters. Robinson Grace already supports the CEA and understands the challenges our members face. This partnership gives members access to straightforward, professional advice when they need it, without adding unnecessary cost or complexity.”
