PlantWorx 2025 set to welcome over 300 exhibitors – including 106 new names

PlantWorx 2025 is set to be one of the most significant shows yet. Taking place from 23–25 September at Newark Showground, the sixth edition of the UK’s largest working construction exhibition will bring together more than 300 exhibitors — an increase on 2023 — including an impressive 106 first-time participants, with more exhibitors signing up daily.

These newcomers add real depth and variety to the show. GeoPura will demonstrate its hydrogen power solutions; Zoomlion and Shantui bring heavyweight global machinery; Dieci Telehandlers and Compact Loaders UK expand the equipment choice on display; and Watson & Hillhouse with MOVAX will showcase advanced piling and foundation solutions.

Technology is also surging forward with Motormax launching its OnSight safety system specifically for heavy-duty plant vehicles used in construction, Cat Simulators offering immersive operator training simulators, including their new excavator simulator, alongside VR paving and CTL training.

VisionTrack with AI-powered camera technology, and Ram Mounts showing specialist mounting systems. Clean streets meet construction with Scarab Sweepers, while Kramp will showcase practical solutions including technical sprays, LED lights and light bars, and its Workshop Solutions display — a connected storage system that restocks items via the Kramp app, Site-Arc, will showcase its patent-pending tracked welder, Eco Hire and Sleep Space will show temporary accommodation and welfare facilities designed for modern construction sites, and Volumech, a UK specialist in volumetric concrete mixer refurbishment, servicing, highlight the strength of the UK’s supply chain and specialist services.

They’ll join an already formidable exhibitor base. Sixteen of the world’s top 50 construction equipment manufacturers are confirmed, including Caterpillar (through its dealer Finning), JCB, XCMG, Kubota, HD Hyundai, and SANY, alongside Manitou, Fayat, Takeuchi, Lonking, Sunward, Hidromek, Merlo, Yanmar, and the fast-rising Zoomlion. Collectively, these brands represent more than 30 per cent of the Yellow Table, underlining PlantWorx’s significance as a platform for international business.

And it doesn’t stop there. PlantWorx partners, the Site Sustainability Showcase — with its exhibitors delivering real-world low-carbon solutions — the Rethinking Futures education programme, and the Awesome Earthmovers Operators Challenge in association with JCB all add to the variety and pulling power of the 2025 show. The Innovation Awards, revealed on the evening of day one, will celebrate breakthrough products that are redefining construction.

Visitors will also be able to see the finalists of the 2025 PlantWorx Innovation Awards first-hand, with all shortlisted products on display – many of them in action across the showground. A record number of new machine launches from the industry’s heavyweights will headline the event, while the sheer variety on offer is unmatched. There will be more suction excavators on show than ever before, game-changing safety products from the likes of Xwatch safety Solutions and Spillard, compact machinery for every application, and the very latest in detection and telematics. Add to that a few curveballs from lesser-known innovators, and PlantWorx 2025 promises to be the technology event of the year – delivering choice, competition, and a phenomenal showcase of where construction is heading.

Spanning a showground the size of ten Premier League football pitches, PlantWorx remains the only UK exhibition where visitors can see machines working side by side in real conditions. Demonstrations, test drives, and a dedicated indoor tech zone focused on support products, connectivity, and digital control systems ensure there is something for every corner of the industry.

Simon Frere-Cook, PlantWorx Operations Director, said:

Whether you’re here to see the heavyweights, discover fresh ideas from first-time exhibitors, or experience breakthrough products in action, PlantWorx 2025 will be the place to do it.”
