DM9 dumper: Merlo UK 9-tonne DM9 is officially ready for the UK market following its unveiling at a recent dealer conference. Showcasing its advanced safety and efficiency features, the event brought together key partners and dealers. Viki Bell, CEA’s Director of Operations, thanked Merlo for their warm hospitality.
The DM9 is a 9-tonne dumper model introduced by Merlo, designed to handle various terrains while prioritising operator safety, usability, and efficiency. It features a rigid chassis for enhanced stability, a fully enclosed bi-directional Dual-View cab with ROPS and FOPS level 2 protection, and a hydrostatic transmission managed by Merlo's EPD system, offering a smooth, jolt-free drive and potential fuel savings of up to 18%.
The Protoype DM9 made its UK debut at Plantworx 2023, held from June 13th to 15th in Peterborough. Following feedback from this event, the DM9 is now available in the UK market.
