CEA (Construction Equipment Association) members are being encouraged to enter the Make UK Manufacturing Awards 2026, with entries closing on 19 June.
As an Affiliate Partner of Make UK, the CEA is pleased to highlight the awards, which recognise the very best of UK manufacturing — from innovation, sustainability and safety to skills development, business growth and apprentice achievement.
The awards are free to enter and offer manufacturers the chance to gain recognition, raise their profile, celebrate their teams and share their achievements with peers across the sector.
Several categories are particularly relevant to CEA members, including Health, Safety and Wellbeing; Sustainability; Developing Future Talent; Innovation; SME of the Region; Strategic Business Growth; Manufacturing Impact; and a series of apprentice awards.
The Health, Safety and Wellbeing category recognises projects that improve occupational health, safety and wellbeing in UK manufacturing, going beyond legal compliance. The Sustainability category focuses on measurable environmental improvements, including reduced energy, water or material use; cleaner technologies; improved waste management; greener products; and more efficient processes.
Developing Future Talent celebrates organisations investing in skills, inclusion, apprenticeships, mentoring, digital capability and schools engagement, while the Innovation category recognises new products, processes, technologies, partnerships and business models that have delivered productivity, efficiency or growth.
The awards also include categories for manufacturing SMEs, strategic business growth and wider manufacturing impact, alongside apprentice awards that recognise resilience, achievement, advocacy and emerging talent.
Winners and finalists will have the opportunity to showcase their work and celebrate their success at Make UK’s regional dinners.
