CEA Board
The CEA Board is made up of four Non-Executive Directors, each with many years' experience in the industry.
Collectively the Board inform the strategic direction of the CEA. Each Board Director is responsible for a portfolio of work.
Paul Ross
Chair - International Paul has over 30 years of international experience across a wide range of disciplines and has operated in a number of main board and senior roles in both private and multi-national companies, including roles at Caterpillar and Ricardo. Paul leads the International portfolio and the CEA Board as Chair.Nick Ground
Board Director - Governance Nick is Founder and Director of Innovation at GKD Technik Ltd, specialising in the design of electronic sensors and systems for monitoring and control of machinery and vehicles in harsh environments. Nick is a former President of the CEA and leads the Human Resources and Governance portfolio.Mark Ormond
Board Director - Finance Mark is Managing Director of Manitou UK. He is responsible for leading the UK business which sells and supports Manitou and Gehl agricultural, construction, industrial and access products in the UK and Irish market. Mark leads the CEA Finance portfolio, working closely with Viki.Charles Stevenson
Board Director - External Affairs Charles is General Manager at JCB's London Office, overseeing government and external affairs, major international infrastructure and Tier 1 contractors. He is an expert trade adviser for the automotive, Brexit and trade sector. Charles represents the CEA at CECE and leads the External Affairs portfolio.Senior Leadership Team
Viki Bell
Director of Operations Viki is responsible for day-to-day business operations, working closely with the Board to implement the Association's strategic, financial and governance plans. Viki is the first point of contact for prospective members and partners. Her previous experience in the engineering and skills sectors, including roles at the IET and BSI, has equipped Viki to represent the CEA and our members.Beth Abbott
Head of MarComs Working in a strategic and creative capacity, Beth is responsible for the development and delivery of communications, member benefits, brand, marketing and promotional opportunities. Beth has several years' experience in membership marketing, events and business development, and is the ideal person to ensure you make the most of your membership.Amy Gavin
Executive Assistant Amy supports Beth and Viki with the delivery of member benefits, stakeholder relationships, and the implementation of the Association's business plan. She provides admin assistance to various committees including the CEA Board and CESAR Review Committee. Amy works closely with CECE, ensuring our members are connected to European construction equipment news and insights.CEA Team
